The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:

TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. This competition is called “syrgi – Facebook Like and Share” and shall be in force for a fixed period from March 28, 2018 to April 4, 2018 10 AM CT. This competition is conducted by syrgi, a Born Life Hacks LLC company.
2. The competition is open to all the residents of the United States and persons above age of 13 years are eligible to participate in the competition.
3. There is no entry fee and no purchase is required to participate in this competition.
4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by all these terms and conditions mentioned herein.
5. Only one entry per person will be accepted. Multiple entries from the same person will disqualify him to participate in the competition.
6. Closing date for entry will be April 4, 2018 10 AM CT.After this date, the no further entries to the competition will be permitted and accepted.
7. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received in time for whatever reason.
8. Born Life Hacks LLC reserves the absolute right to cancel or discontinue or terminate the competition at any time or to accept or reject any or all entries at their absolute discretion without giving any prior notice and/or without assigning any reason whatsoever. Born Life Hacks LLC shall not be responsible for any loss.
9. Born Life Hacks LLC is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
10. The prize is as follows: a 2 pack of syrgi clips, valued at $5.
11. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and Born Life Hacks LLC reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
12. Winners will be chosen at random by software, from all entries received and verified by syrgi and or its agents
13. The winner will be notified by DM on Twitter/Facebook/Instagram within 28 days of the closing date. The decision of Born Life Hacks LLC shall be final and binding. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, Born Life Hacks LLC reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner.
14. Born Life Hacks LLC will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected / is delivered.
15. Born Life Hacks LLC’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. The winner agrees to give his/her consent to Born Life Hacks LLC for the usage of his/her name and image in any publicity material of Born Life Hacks LLC.
17. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or any other Social Network.
18. In case of any dispute the same is subject to exclusive jurisdiction of United States courts only.
19. The participants in the competition will be deemed to have made themselves aware of terms and conditions as set forth herein.
20. The competition is void where prohibited or restricted by Law. Born Life Hacks LLC shall not be liable to provide any free prize/s and or compensation to any participant in an event the competition is held void.
