Returns
Syrgi gladly offers a 30-day, no hassle money back guarantee. If you wish to return a product, please return within 30 days from the ship date for a full refund, minus shipping. Refunds will be credited to the original credit card, or to PayPal. Items that are returned defaced or damaged are not eligible for a refund.
Forward your “Order Confirmation” email to help@syrgi.com and let us know that you need to process a return.
Alternatively, you can always mail your return to us in an envelope with $1 in stamps affixed.
- Print your “Order Confirmation” email and place it inside the package to be returned. Pack and seal your return merchandise securely. Write “Non-Machinable” somewhere on the front of the envelope near the address.
