Returns and Exchanges

We want to be a great company and sell a great product. And we want to have great customers, too.

If your order arrives broken or breaks within 90 days of delivery, we’ll replace it at no cost to you.

Returns

Syrgi gladly offers a 30-day, no hassle money back guarantee. We do not, however, provide a return shipping label. If you wish to return a product, please return within 30 days from the ship date for a refund on the purchase price, minus shipping. Refunds will be credited to the original credit card, or to PayPal.  Items that are returned defaced or damaged are not eligible for a refund.

  1. Print your “Order Confirmation” email and place it inside the package to be returned. Pack and seal your return merchandise securely.

We recommend shipping your return with a service that provides tracking as we are not responsible for any packages lost in transit.

  1. Your return will be processed promptly upon arrival, and we will send you a confirmation by email. Refunds from your bank or PayPal may take up to 7 days to process once it has been initiated on our end.

Exchanges

If you order the wrong sizes of Syrgi, we’ll be happy to exchange within 30 days of delivery for whichever sizes you wish, but first you’ll need to mail your order back to us at your own cost ($1 in stamps for a single set).  Send us an email at help@syrgi.com and we’ll get you squared away!
